Air: Goa’s international airport, Dabolim, is 29 km from the capital Panaji. There are many flights from Delhi to Goa.
Railway: Goa’s two main stations are Margao and Vasco da Gama. They are connected by train from Mumbai, Delhi, Agra, etc.
Road: Goa is well connected by roads. There are regular bus services to Mumbai, Bangalore, Hampi, and other destinations from the Kadamba bus stand at Panaji.
Buses are available to and fro between Panjim and Arambol every thirty minutes until noon, and every ninety minutes thereafter and between Mapusa and Arambol which takes three hours. The bus stand here is on the main road. There is a faster private minibus service from Panjim daily with a stop opposite to the tea stalls at the beach end of the village. From the main road, there is a bumpy side road that leads 1km to the village, past a large school and a church. The main beach is 200m further to the north of Arambol village.

At Kunal Yoga School in Arambol, Goa, we have two spacious and fully equipped yoga shalas (studios). For our Yoga Teacher Training programs, we primarily use the main shala, conveniently located near the beach. Both studios are stocked with a wide range of yoga props, including traditional Iyengar-style props and hanging belts to support your practice.
The main studio comfortably accommodates 12-16 people, providing ample space for each student to practice with ease. Both studios offer a peaceful and serene atmosphere, surrounded by the natural beauty of Goa. WiFi is available in the main shala for your convenience. Additionally, the dining hall and relaxation areas are located nearby, offering a comfortable space for students to unwind, socialize, or study.
At Kunal Yoga School in Arambol, Goa, the accommodation rooms are spacious and comfortable. They are clean and simply designed, featuring double beds and hot showers. All rooms are conveniently located within a short walking distance from the main yoga studio, ensuring easy access for your training sessions.
Within a 2 to 5-minute walk from Kunal Yoga School in Arambol, you’ll find numerous local shops offering snacks, fresh fruits and vegetables, natural foods, Ayurvedic herbs, and other essentials. There are also internet cafes and travel service providers to assist with currency exchange or cash withdrawals using your credit card.
ATMs are conveniently located nearby, where you can easily access funds with foreign debit or credit cards.
For transportation, plenty of scooters, motorbikes, rickshaws, and taxis are available for rent. The beach and main town area are just a short walk away, making it easy and safe for students to explore. While walking is common and safe, many students prefer rickshaws or taxis for added convenience.
